dear all,

we are planning to get ISO 22000 this year, but for validation, we found some difficulties to find any references regarding hazard in margarine process
most of references in dairy is talking about milk and some of cheese

anybody can help us about HACCP refrences for margarine process ??

thanks anyway

Dear aphro,

I think you are correct. Information does appear limited. Two main sites (which you may know already) are -
http://www.imace.org/
and
http://www.margarine...k/main_home.htm

Both contain a fair amount of data on processing if you are prepared to navigate around a bit.

The former also has some preliminary info. on HACCP at -
http://www.imace.org.../appendices.htm
(I think the main information requires a member access)

Hopefully some other user can find more.

Rgds / Charles.C

Kind Regards,
