The evolution of the HACCP methodology as published by CODEX will be outlined, including the decision tree published recently. Insights will also be shared on the GFSI around Food Safety Culture and the recent Food Loss and Waste requirements which have impacted the newly published ISO/TS 22002 series of Technical Specifications. Best practices around staying aware of the evolution of this standard will also be discussed in the webinar.
