Today's Live Training: Assessing Threats & Vulnerabilities for Food Defence to meet the requirements of GFSI Standards

Food defense, including the prevention against malicious contamination and economically motivated fraud is becoming increasingly important within the food industry, leading to the need for a systematic approach to the identification and management of threats and vulnerabilities; and meet the requirements for food defense systems and vulnerability assessment written into GFSI standards such as IFS, FSSC 22000 and BRC Food Safety Version 7.

This 4 hour webinar will take you through the methodology, with worked examples and group discussions to identify significant threats & vulnerabilities and explain how to assess threats and vulnerabilities throughout the food chain, from raw materials, to those on-site and within the distribution chain. On successful completion of the webinar, those involved with design, development and implementation of TACCP (Threat Analysis Critical Control Point) systems should have the knowledge, understanding and tools to successfully implement a system in their own food operations.

The course is ideal for supervisors and managers who are likely to be members of a TACCP team, including those responsible for: Site security, human resources, technical/quality function, production and processing, process engineers, purchasing and supply chain, distribution/logistics, communication and IT.
