Free Webinar: Determining and Monitoring Critical Control Points

This month we will have a follow-up to our previous presentation of 'Hazard Assessment’. This month’s presentation is 'Determining and Monitoring Critical Control Points (CCPs)’. In the presentation we will look at guidance on how to determine critical control points and then what we need to do to monitor controls at CCPs. These are important aspects of developing your HACCP System as per CODEX Guidelines for HACCP application, and as such is included in the requirements of GFSI recognized Food Safety Management System Certification Schemes including SQF, BRCGS, FSSC 22000 and IFS.
