Food Safety Essentials is a free monthly webinar where members can join a live question-and-answer session focused on practical food safety management. Each session begins with a short presentation on a topical food safety issue, followed by an open Q&A.

This month we will have a presentation of 'Hazard Assessment’. In the presentation we will look at guidance and techniques for Hazard Assessment which is an important part of developing your HACCP System as per CODEX Guidelines for HACCP application, and as such is included in the requirements of GFSI recognized Food Safety Management System Certification Schemes including SQF, BRCGS, FSSC 22000 and IFS.
The session will conclude with an open food safety Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to raise questions and discuss real-world challenges.
