Calling food safety bloggers!

We are in the process of a major redesign of our website which will include featuring blogs and articles prominently on the site home page. If you’re interested in writing for us, we are more than happy to hear from you! We do not pay our writers, but we do offer you an author image/logo, contact details, links to your site and social media outlets within your work. In addition your contributions will be distributed to the IFSQN social media channels and will also be featured in our weekly ‘Food Safety Talk’ newsletter.

What are we looking for?

Blog. The word stands for ’web log’ and they’re effectively online diaries in the shape of short articles usually of 400-1000 words. Importantly a blog is regular - meaning weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

A blog can be on a very narrow subject area e.g. ‘pest control’ or it can be on the broad body of knowledge e.g. ‘a ‘day in the life of a food safety manager’ (very broad indeed).

Blog posts should be well written, engaging, interesting, provide information, share experience and hopefully be helpful giving the audience valuable tools, tips or thoughts they can take away.

So if you are knowledgeable and passionate about food safety and quality, have a natural flair for writing and can commit to writing a regular blog for us – get in touch!

If you cannot commit to writing regular blogs, but are interesting in contributing less frequent and longer articles then we are still very interested in hearing from you.

How do I contribute?

Send an email to register your interest in writing for us: team@ifsqn.com

Thanks,
Simon
