Megan Coy-Moran, is a Regional GMP Quality Manager in North American, for AIB International. Prior to her current role, she served as a Food Safety Professional for 2 years with primary duties related to providing audits and inspections focused on GMPs, food defense, FSMA, and agricultural practices. Megan has served as a quality manager for a dairy company in Nebraska, and then in Pennsylvania making string cheese, yogurt, and cream cheese.
