Introduction The European Brewery Convention (EBC) will hold a two-day Symposium on 'Food Safety & Traceability', 2 – 4 May 2004. General Chairman is Dr. Frank Rath (VLB Berlin, Research Institute for Raw Materials, Germany).
The Symposium format will be invited/submitted papers of 30 minutes' duration together with formal/informal discussion and question & answer sessions. Active participation in the discussion from those attending is expected.
Purpose To present and discuss the ‘state of the art’ and to share learnings and experiences.
Who should attend Brewery & malting experts (production, technical, quality managers and R&D), brewing suppliers, IT-database experts, specialists in hygiene and food safety scientists, barley & malt traders.
