Reporting to the Vice President, SQFI Sales, the Manager, SQFI Sales will be responsible for delivering assigned revenue targets and profitable growth for SQFI. The scope of the role includes driving the entire sales process with prospective customers; aligning sales goals and objectives based on customer feedback; and, utilizing business analytics to cultivate client relationships and SQFI revenue opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have at least three to five years of sales experience, preferably relating to the food/consumer products industry; a college degree in business administration, marketing or other related field; a strong understanding of the sales process; excellent negotiating skills; public speaking/presentation skills with an extensive knowledge of knowledge of Microsoft (2010) software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Must have an ability to travel 40% of the time to customer meetings, trade shows, FMI events, etc.
