Melbourne Quality Assurance
MQA offers four services for the food industry in regards to food safety.
[1] Consultancy
We offer advice, coaching, free information at our website (www.melbourneqa.com), networking, QA administrative assistance, and risk assessments all in the name of food safety.
[1] Internal Auditing
We conduct gap analysis of your current food safety systems to determine what elements require updating. We also offer internal auditing of your systems to satisfy this requirements as part of your food safety management system.
[3] Implementation of quality assurance programs from three levels:
1. Local council food safety program, implementing the HACCP principles or;
2. National level: Woolworths Quality Assurance
3. International level: SQF 2000, Level 3
We also sell do-it-yourself food safety programs at either a local, national or international level.
[4] Research & Development
Food businesses are generally overwhelmed by the amount of money they are required to spend when aiming to reach a high standard of quality assurance. MQA works closely with the client to implement systems and processes that have been thoroughly researched to decrease wastage and increase profitability.
