Dear Charles,

I suppose this link was pretty old and looks like it was broken. Could someone please let me know the information behind the link (If at all you remember). I was very much intrested on that as that looks like information that I am exactly looking for

Dear Dpu,

It usually means the FDA hv changed their link classification system which is a habit of theirs.

If you try googling the link itself, you will see some possible source articles within retail food topic. Unfortunately, I can't remember the details of what the article was about to narrow further.

Rgds / Charles.C

Kind Regards,

Dear Dpu,
(addendum)

My best guess is the link refers to this -

Food and Drug Administration(1998):Managing food safety:A HACCP principles guide for operators of food establishments at the retail level[Online]. Available at:http://vm.cfsan.fda.gov/~dms/hret-3.htm.

The "hret" is presumably short for "haccp/retail"
No idea for meaning of "vm" in link instead of the usual "www".

Above document is well-known general retail haccp text. available by direct googling.
Hope of some assistance.

Kind Regards,
