Hi Monzer,

The HACCP manual provided by Charles on the Hummus subject should serve as a good example for you.

Dear monzer,

Did you have any particular type of product application of interest ? I ask since there are many examples / lists of typical flow charts for specific items on the IT. Obviously certain steps are always common to the chart, eg receiving raw material (as illustrated by Jean's nice upload) but the internal processes will differ a lot.

Dear Monzer,

I obtained the links below by googling “generic haccp plans”.

If you try it yourself, you will see many more. In most cases every haccp plan has a typical flow chart included. Some popular areas of product focus are seafood, meat, agricultural products, retail applications.

Most people look for their specific area / product of interest to speed up the search for representative models. However it should be remembered that they are only examples, your situation may require significant differences. Another aspect is that since of the plans are relatively old, eg pre- 2000, in some cases the regulatory aspects included may hv changed (or not apply in yr geographical area) so some care is required in application, you always hv to check yr own situation.

1. USA meat links. The first link offers some instructions on constructing flow charts.
http://haccpalliance...accpmodels.html

2. USA seafood links.
http://seafood.ucdav...haccp/Plans.htm

3. NZ meat links
http://www.nzfsa.gov.../meat/index.htm

4. USA Retail Flow Charts
http://www.co.clinto...s/HACCPFlow.pdf

There are also lists of plans for other areas such as agricultural products if some further scanning is done (this forum also contains some review articles and numerous charts for specific products - can try the search function if interested, and hv some time  ).

Kind Regards,
