Dear all:
Iam asking about implementing suitable hygiene system in the restaurants and cafeterias. I want to suggest asheet (form)for "Temperatures Recording" system to our management . For cold &hot foods . in order to make controlling and monitoring system for foods especialy " potentialy hazards foods" ,frankly&simply I need to see some formats.

You could try the food standards agency in the UK, they have loads of good resources for caterers:

Consider even monitoring hot water supply. I understand in the US this is the 2nd most common cause of citation and shutdown.
