Request comments regarding validation of personnel hygiene in a dry products manufacturing company.

Especially the establishment of microbiological limits for swab tests.

Are there any specific guidelines or literature avialable?

IMEX...you can use EUGMP.. actually this regulation made for pharmaceutical but we can use that for food...

for us we are doing weekly hand swab to validate hand washing effectiveness of personnel. We also check fingernails and lockers.
