currently, i just built my own company in F&B services, Catering.. yes a catering.
well, i joined to this forum because i think i'll learn a lot of things here about food safety.

Hi Zachbrandon, Don't worry about your English, it's fine. Welcome to the forums. I'm sure you will find the website a good source of information and the members friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

What exactly do you do - who are your customers etc.
