Regarding the CIEH Level 4 Award in food safety in catering . As every body knows that the trainee has to submit 2 assignments one is compulsory (Food safety management system).And the said assignment already I did.But the second one which i selected is cleaning & disinfection still I am searching for a good one so I need your help with regards this assignment , I need to write in depth like monitoring and verification procedures specially in catering services and what is the core tasks and roles of the management toward cleaning .
