As part of an ISO22000 I have been asked to put together a register of all applicable US regulations to my plant (which manufactures yogurt products). I am not sure where to start and what level of details to give.
Perhaps someone has a similar document to share?

Start with 21 CFR Part 110 for GMPs. You may also want to add the reguations for labeling, including allergen labeling and the the regulation for registering under Homeland Security Requirement. I don't have a list - sorry.

Dear notlegalmoves,

Yr plan seems excessively general / somewhat illogical IMO.

I would hv thought the usual approach would be to understand the requirements as spelled out in the 22000 standard and determine which ones are “over-ridden” by local regulations. For example one fundamental requirement is to define a product specification. Some of the microbiological parameters like Salmonella are surely regulated by local demands, others possibly by an industrial standard for yr product and some maybe by yr own choice.

In comparison, many of the procedural steps required in the standard are determined by your own interpretation of the standard, eg there will surely be no US regulation as to the choice of OPRPs.
