Hi Dean, when I saw the topic title "Oz" I though maybe the wizard had joined us; and not an Australian in fear of losing the ashes. You must be worried if you are searching around forums baiting pommies. I know we do the same every football world cup. And don't worry we're all geeks to a certain extent and the more you find out about food safety the more likely you are to become one of us, so beware.:helpplease:

Anyway welcome to the forums, it's nice to see an engineer coming clean.

There is a good thread on the forums somewhere titled "why don't engineers follow the rules?" Search it out and let us have your comments.

:welcome:

Cheers,
Simon

Dear dean,

My first reaction was that you may have been watching too much Australian Rules.
