I decided to wait until I'd been on the forum for a while before making an introduction here. Today I am again stuck working at home as a result of the horrendous weather. Just dug teh car out from below 2 feet of snow - and it's snowing again.

However.. I am a pest controller working primarily in the food industry. Our company specialises in providing a quality service (we all say that!) specifically aimed at getting food manufacturers through audits, and driving them towards systems that keep pests away from their sites.

We don't do much advertising, we don't employ sales people, and we are continuing to grow through word of mouth.

I don't see this forum as an advertising spot, but as a means to share ideas, and get and give help where it is appropriate.

I'm enjoying the threads so far, and look forward to continuing to post.

Best wishes to all.

Simon

Welcome Ptinid. I'm pleased you finally decided to say hello. It's pretty cold here in Manchester and if the weather forecasts are to be believed it is about to get much colder (-10c) tomorrow. We have some snow, but nowhere near as much as you guys. I have a feeling it will be around until spring...at least it will keep the pests at bay, but I suppose that's not much good to you.

I know you say you don't advertise but please take advantage of a free listing in the buyers guide, it has a thus far empty category for pest control waiting to be filled.

Stay warm.

:welcome:

Simon
