I joined this forum a few weeks ago, when I was looking for some guidance on implementing SQF, and finally decided it's time I introduce myself. My name is Erika, and I am a new professional, who recently graduated with a BS in Food Science. A few months ago I moved from Michigan to Miami, and now working as a Quality Assurance Assistant and co-SQF practitioner.
