Dear members,

i am interested to know about critical control points in freeze dried shrimp/seafoodprocess . i am interested to discuss about freeze drying process HACCP with our team memebrs, if any one is working in freeze dried food processing.

Bala, can you post a flow diagram or at least a description of the manufacturing process, this will give members a point of rereference which will help them to suport you better.
