I am glad that I found this site! it is very good to have somewhere to ask for help specially in Food Safety, because every place is different! I am starting in an egg producing company, as a Resonsible of Quality Management.
They wanted to start with HACCP implementation, but I am going to have to work with GMP first! even in the infraestructure area, because they are still making some parts of the building, so I am going to need every help I can get!
ON the other hand, anything I can help in, just let me know! :bye:

hello! i am new at this forum and glad to be with all of you i am raffay MS/Ph.D student in microbiology department university of Karachi pakistan. i need some of your ideas about the research on stable food. i am serving as microbiologist in Agriculture research council and want to design my MS thesis on bacterial toxicology in stable food but i am quite confused as things are not so clear as should be. so, kindly suggest something that can clearify the direction of my work
