What exactly are you looking for, I hav consulted a thermoforming plant making plastic disposable packagings and I would like to assist but then you have to be clear enough what exactly you need. I can't offload the docs, since they belong to a client but you can let me know how you need me to asssit you.

Does the plant have extrusions also, coz, thermoforming is more or less a process after sheets are extruded, tel me more, I will assist.

For insatance, you require production forms that indicates the specifications for the products, you require quality forms, you require sanitation form for products contact areas, you need forms for controls of sharps coz in thermoforming you have sharps, may be attached to the machines or manually used by operators, you need weighing scales coz product is by weight, you need a micrometer coz the sheet has to be of certain thickness in order to produce a ceertain weight of product, etc
