Quality Assurance Plan - for meat industry

Hi,
I have to put a Quality Assurance Plan in place for our company. We are a meat processing plant. We have HACCP, SOPs, Records, Quality Manual, etc in place. I am just wondering if someone could give me an example of their Quality Assurance Plan?

To get any relevant feedback, will probably be necessary to give more details of yr process and be more specific regarding yr sought assurance procedures. Otherwise you could be referring to something generic like the MIG manual.

I completely agree. HACCP-based food safety standards are one-size-fits-all models, but when it comes to quality assurance, it is very much dependent on your product. Every commodity has its own quality parameters that have to be monitored and improved.
