someone have a cross table that compare Brc/iop 3 and 4 ?

I am not sure what you are asking? do you want a table to compare 2 audit programs?

This is a general comparison beween Issue 3 and 4 that I did a long time ago and that also compares the High and Low Risk requirements. I haven't been through it for some time and it doesn't reflect the BRC's latest position statements concerning adequate barriers but it might help.
