Strength of magnets for Sugar & Wheat Flour

Dear All,

I need your help to finding out any standard/reference which could explain that what strength of magnets (in gauses) could be used to separate ferrous particles from Sugar & Wheat Flour. As in India there are some old Sugar & Flour Mills which are still using MS machinary & utensils.
