Hello everyone. My name is Annie and I am the Quality Assurance Manager for Smirk's, an exporter/importer of speciality commodities. I am working on our SQF Level 2 Certification. It has been a challenge since we export/import foods and fall under Module 14: Food Safety Fundamentals - GMP for Food Brokers and Agents, which is still in draft form with approval and publication pending. I would really like to hear from others who are seeking SQF Certification for this Module.
