  So, tomorrow is one month to the day since our last audit, ie. the due date. None of the four non-conformances we received have showed up on Reliance. All the time I'd set aside to respond have been transformed into make-work-for-thyself time. This has happened the last two audits, both of which had over fifteen NCs. That's a lot of responses to cram into one afternoon, no matter how ready for them you are.

  At what point do I start getting annoyed?

Yes, Charles, I am. Once the audit is completed, the auditor submits our NCs to the Reliance system, where we respond with our corrective actions. Or we would, anyway.

I haven't seen anything more what is the standard writing time for the Auditors. All of our clients can review their reports online within 5 days from the audit date and I haven't seen one get delayed this incredible amount of time you mention. Call the CB to rectify it and to back up a call to SQFI so you don't get dinged with a 30 day "wheres your corrective actions" notice.
