Transforming Safety Company-wide? How?

Greetings:

Hoping to help TRANSFORM the way my company thinks about safety not only by forming a new Safety Committee, but by trying to create a catchy / creative Safety Slogan!

Reaching out for ideas and/or suggestions.

Changing culture is HUGE!  Make sure your supervisors are committed and employees understand their boss cares.

How about -

"If you do something someone told you was unsafe/you considered unsafe, I will terminate you on the spot"

If anyone asks about your company, what you do, or what you make, respond "Safety is our business!"
