If we have burning questions before the presentations or areas we're having specific issues with, should  we ask in advance on the relevant threads, or wait with bated breath?

Sorry Simon, I just saw this and asked a question in another area.  I have tried to delete the question in the blog area but don't know if I was successful.

My question:

Being in the pacific time zone, these programs start at 1:00 am and go until 8:00 am my time.  Will we able to view these afterwards when we are normally awake?

Hi Snookie,

Yes, we will be recording all webinars as we did last year. They will be available a few days after the event.

I might not be in bed, but I'll certainly be in work. So its good we can watch at our leisure (glass of wine in hand!)

My rentention tends to decline with wine. Caffeine tends to make me try to do too many things at once. Balance in all things.

Cool I'll sign up for it then but I won't be able to watch live probably... or is it better for me to not sign up?  Is it available to everyone on the forums to watch after the fact or just those who signed up?

Also in the event I can make some live sessions... is there a web plugin required?  If so I need my IT professional in corporate to install it for me.  Thanks.

ok.. it's a gotomeeting web session so I should be fine I've done one of those before on this computer... just leaving that there in case anyone has the same question.

Hi all!  I'm on the East Coast of the US, and we are on Daylight Savings Time.  The schedule here http://foodsafetylive.com/program/ says that this is GMT, but when I looked at the information here https://www3.gotomee...ister/133197166, it said that it was at BST, which is an hour different.  So....will the 9 am session start at 4 am my time or 5 am?  I'm actually thinking of getting up early to watch it, but it would be a bummer to get up at 4am and have to wait for an hour.
