Hello,

I am currently conducting validation for the quick thaw unit (poultry defrosting in the circulated air). Our process utilizes it for thawing poultry prior to further processing. Was wondering if anyone did it before and has scientific/experimental data that can share. Thanks, MP

How was your validation? I am currently experimenting some issues with my thawing program we receive 40 pound boxes of frozen chicken breast
