Hi all,
Just introducing myself! Technical & QA Manager based in London, working for an Italian importer and distributor (dealing with ambient and high risk/high care chilled products - have been working here since end of Feb). Brought in to help with customer Technical Specs and bring the company up to BRC standards for Storage and Distribution, and just improve food safety overall.
So, anyway... Hi!
