I am working in a well-known Metal Detector company , my position is technical service engineer.

So I have a solid technical foundation, many problems can be understand, to analyze and solve from essence of technical !

I have done a lot of wonderful technical training for our customer. I think this might include your Chinese colleagues.

And I have also been more than four years of experience in the field technical service on the current position.

Even I can also do the RD of metal detectors and I can almost completed about 80% of the total RD work independently.

So, If you have any questions of relate Metal Detector, you can ask here, I will try to answer.

But ,the same time please note:

Not to mention any brand name, as it may involve commercial issues.

Are you learning Chinese ? Really ? :eek_yello:  Welcome !

If possible, when you come to China I can teach Chinese for you and free :lol2: .

However, the world's most advanced technology are all written in English, so I'm trying to learn English.

I tried a bit of Chinese, but am sure it sounded terrible and most likely wrong to an experienced listener.  Not sure when I will get to China, but it is a lovely offer.  Thank you.

oh, my god, there seems to have a problem.

I received 6 notification e-mail that display total 6 reply .

But , here is only 3 reply. Such as I can not look at :

by Snookie,

Stainless is one of the hardest to detect.  There are many things which can effect why your detector is not staying stable.  You most likely need an expert to take a look at it.  I had a similar challenge in another plant.  The detector we were using was not really designed for our product and we had a lot of "noise" (not sound) in the area.  By making some changes in the machine and in the area we were eventually able to get it more stable.

by Saucy:

I realized the same issue here when magnet separator pulled stainless wire but metal detector did not catch it.

by Charles.C

Why do metal detectors do poorly detecting stainless steel wire?  We've had this issue in the past, we even had to change some of our process to prevent the use of stainless steel wire.  And what can we do about this?

Why ??? :hypocrite:
