Hello every one!

 

Does any one here have a helping hand who knows some procedure of POV and FFA Analysis for chips finished product?

I have been researching on net but haven't find useful..

 

This is  one of our preparation for BRC Cert.

Because the abbreviations can be used for multiple items, can you clarify what POV and FFA refer to?  Also, you said chips.  Are they potato chips like the US style, or chips like the British style?

POV = Peroxide Value? and FFA = Free Fatty Acid??

 

Can you use the AOAC method?
