Can anybody share the an SOP for handling Potentially Unsafe Product and Non -conforming product?  :spoton:

Assuming that the context is iso22000, IMO Simon's link answers yr query, notably, IMO, via Post 6. :clap:

 

Another good example of ISO22000's capability to confuse. In truth "PUP" is being utilised in a variety of ways. And probably "NCP" also.

 

The details will obviousy depend on product/process/NCP/PUP
