Can someone check for me if the sedex website is operational?

 

I have been trying to access it for a week and I can't log in. When I phone the helpline they just ask me to leave a name and number and the e mail reply I got said I would be answered in 6 days!!!!

Hi Trubertq,

 

I think it has changed to SEDEX Advanced (not sure if advanced is the right word for it).  When you first log on to the new system and enter your username (email address) it send you a link to set a new password.  Did this happen to you, did you get the email?
