Hi

I have had an inquiry for some labels that will be classed as toys.

So i will be going to the material / ink / varnish supplier to make sure their product conforms to the relevant toy regulations.

My company is only certified for indirect packaging and I haven't  see a toy yet that doesn't go into a child's mouth at some point, which would make it direct contact ?

So does BRC cover this type of label, or does the fact it is classed as a toy rule out BRC criteria.

Thanks

Rob

Hi Rob, it's more likely to be under the scope of BRC Consumer Products
