Hi,

I'm Ellen. We're opening a new bakery in the US later this year, and we're preparing our HACCP and compliance. I'm glad to have found the FSQN forums: what I've read so far has been helpful, and I appreciate that. I'm looking forward to being part of the community here.

Thanks for having me!

Ellen

Thanks for the welcome, Simon Marshall and Tony. Marshall, we'll be making icebox desserts, pies, puddings, cakes and cookies, with a retro focus. We'll also be making sandwiches, and eventually, lunch dishes. I want to set up the safety foundation from the start :)

Thanks again - so glad to be here!

Welcome Ellen.

Let me know if you need help. I was an SQF practitioner for a bakery here in the US for a short time.

Have you decided on the food safety scheme you will be using?

Best regards,

So Cal Living
