- The name of senior management person responsible for food defense.
- Methods to ensure only authorized personnel have access to manufacturing and storage areas
- Methods to protect sensitive processing points from intentional adulteration.
- Measure to ensure the secure storage of raw materials, packaging, equipment and hazardous chemicals.
- Measure to ensure finished product is held under secure storage and transportation conditions
- Methods implemented to record and control access to the premise by employees, contractors and visitors.
- Employees are trained on food defense practices.
