Hi. Im new to ISO22000 and my company is certified with it. Now I want to work up something to simplify all the forms we used daily. And I found some overlapped items. Therefore I need some information and ideas from you guys to clarify it.
Currently we have forms as below that filled in daily.
1) Daily Quality Control Inspection
2) Daily GMP Inspection:
- Attendance and employee health, clean attires are included.
- Do we need to include attendance of workers inside this form? Is this should be the work of HR?
- We included CCP.
- We need to put CCP inside GMP? Example verifying metal detector?
We included room temperature and humidity inside this GMP form.
3) Production tools and items
4) Production Cleaning Checklist
5) CCP Monitoring Record
6) OPRP Monitoring Record:
- Actually I found this is overlapped with quality control inspection. So in this case, can I just remove this form? Do we need specific and separate forms for OPRP and HACCP?
7) Daily Start up
- Attendance and employee health, clean attires are included. This is overlapped. I doubt it is necessary to be include in daily start up.
8) Warehouse GMP
9) Batching area GMP (which is nearby warehouse and it is for arrangement of RM before going to production)
For the person in charge to fill up forms, my proposal is at below.

The motive of simplifying those forms is simple. So that everything we do and we make it compact and easy for the person who fill up and verify it. The best part is it is less paper and make this as environment friendly.
Sorry for my poor English and long post.
Thank you.
