Just came across this site when I was checking some information on HACCP!!!

 

My name is Fred Sikwese from Malawi. I work with the National Standards Body for Malawi and one of our responsibility is the development and enforcement of food standards. One of my responsibility is conducting training in food safety. That is how I got to this site
