Ton is an experienced food-technologist, with technical skills. After graduation from the HAS University of Applied Sciences in 1991, he worked over 12 years in the egg-processing industry. Since 2005 Ton works at Van Voorst Consult. He has built up a lot of expertise in the implementation, auditing and training of food standards in The Netherlands and other European countries. Over 100 successfully finished projects in food and non-food and a considerable number of companies who successfully achieved BRC Global Standard for Food Safety certification or BRC Global Standard for packaging certification.
