Good day all, we are sugar confectionery manufacturer based in Malaysia and export to US and Korea. Now we are in progress of Food Safety certification program. Hence my question here are:

How to get heavy metal, pesticide, microbiological and mycotoxin standards for United States and Korean food law.

As I searched in internet, eCFR of US i couldn't find any specs there. Anyone have idea how to get those specs

Thanks in advance.

The EPA regulates the maximum allowed pesticide residue for specific foods.    Here is a page giving you information on how to find those limits.

https://www.epa.gov/...ral-regulations

The EPA sets limits for heavy metals in drinking water.

The FDA booklet on all contaminants in food is here:

Hi Ms. Martha,

The FDA booklet under the FDA link was not available.
