What do you mean? The first one refers to raw materials, specifications you want for them, and the second one to the product, your technical sheet with specification of composition, and food security aspects of the product.

Hi Kushal,

7.3.3.1 requires raw materials, ingredients and product contact materials (e.g. primary packaging) to be described in documents to the extent needed to conduct the hazard analysis
7.3.3.2 requires end products to be described in documents to the extent needed to conduct the hazard analysis

As posted above normally specifications are used and would contain sufficient detail to carry out the hazard analysis particularly hazards and appropriate controls.

Kind regards,

Tony

Hi...

7.3.3.1 Requires organization to describe the raw materials, ingredients, packing material (primary), other food contact materials like tables, conveyors, etc. with respect to the physico-chemical, microbial aspects, its composition, origin, method of production, packing, storage conditions & shelf life as applicable

where as 7.3.3.2  is the description of characteristics of end product - finished goods for the aspects like physico-chemical & biological characteristics, intended shelf life, composition, etc.

Thanks..!!
