I know this is very specific but we process cabbage for Sauerkraut and our Cabbage Coring Machine Training Video is old and isn't working right. Does anyone have any good training videos (in both English and Spanish preferably) or websites where I can get them?

Thanks in advance!

Have you tried asking the manufacturer of the machine? What is the machine brand/model?

Are you using a VersaPeel machine or another one. Is it automatic or combo?

Thanks guys. As far as I know it is an Alard Smith Model (similar to this one https://www.alard-eq...m/a-f/y0261.htm) installed in either 1969 or 1970. I dont think there are specific model videos from then available now. I was hoping someone else might have one available though.
