I haven't tried either of them, but I would say to keep the cost low, choose the closer training.

Honestly think, any recognize HACCP training would be acceptable. My 12 years, any one who has proper recognize certification are all the same.

Hi,

I am registering for an on site HACCP Training and wanted to see if anyone has ever gone through Professional Food Safety Ltd. or Safe Food Alliance? I wanted to go through NSF but the nearest and closest one would be 3-4 hours away. Thank you!

I highly recommend you get references.  A lot of people can teach but not everyone does it well.
