I am replacing some older pipes for conveying peanut oil to and from a regeneration system.  Are there modern alternatives or metals other than Stainless Steel that can be used?

electropolished stainless steel with smooth welds and sanitary fittings is still the standard. Though you can argue for some aseptic sample ports. Those are cool.
