Hello,

I know the guidance documents will be available shortly. I am looking for support for section related to (a) food fraud at site level, (b) environmental monitoring  risk assessment & (c) allergen cleaning verification.

thanks

Hi QSS,

Clearly specifically tailored responses for SQF8 need await the SQF Guidance Materials.

If you are seeking general knowledge about (a-c), some details about the process/product involved may assist.

For (c), IIRC, SQF has previously released a detailed supplement on allergen cleaning verification for version 7.2.

For (a), previous threads have suggested looking at the BRC forum which contains a huge volume of information on "GFSI Food Fraud" unless by "site level" you mean Food Defence which is not new to SQF of course ?

There are numerous threads here on (b) including attachments for a variety of process types, eg -

This is a broad subject and varies widely by food category and individual plant. I recommend browsing through the IFSQN archive to see where this question has already been asked and answered.
