My name is Kees Geselschap and I studied at the Hotelschool Lausanne Zwitserland and worked for 35 years with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines in the Catering department, auditing catering units in the outstations on food safety(HACCP) and purchasing inflight meals.
After my pension I work as freelance adviser to food producing companies in developing countries for the Dutch NGO PUM.
I try to assist these firms, small catering and hotels, to improve and monitor their food production and introduce as much as possible the HACCP system.
