Hello, my name is Alina Petichenko. I'm a consultant on food safety systems.
We have a project for the safety of food products in medical institutions.
I will be thankful for examples of recall and deletion for the hospital's nutrition units.

I'm not sure if this is what you're after but there was a case with hospital sandwiches in the UK.
